2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping Costs EU: For orders under €70 the cost of shipping is €9. We offer free shipping on order above €70.
  • Shipping cost US & International: For orders under $80 the cost of shipping is $30. We offer free shipping on order above $80. For orders above $80 we offer express shipping for $15 with 2-3 days delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days. Exact delivery times depend on your country and chosen shipping method.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You have the right to return Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@hevoeyewear.com to receive a return label and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. The cost of return for EU orders is €9 / US & International orders is $20.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Complaints and Reclamations

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately at contact@hevoeyewear.com with details and photos of the defect.
  • Resolution Process: We will evaluate your complaint and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. We may ask you to return the defective Product to us for further inspection.
  • Shipping Costs for Defective Products: We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect Products.
