Return Policy

1. Returns
Eligibility: You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards and downloadable software products.

2. Return Procedure
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@hevoeyewear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. The cost for the return for EU order is €9 / International orders $20.

3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, products not in their original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@hevoeyewear.com.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

4. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@hevoeyewear.com and follow the return instructions.
