1. Shipping Costs
- For orders over $80 and all glasses we offer free shipping.
Standard shipping (4-6 working days) for orders below $80 is $30.
Express shipping (2-3 working days) for orders below $80 is $55. - Any duties is paid by customer.
2. Delivery Time
- Worldwide Orders: Delivery typically takes between 4-6 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 days with express shipping. Exact delivery times depend on your country and the chosen shipping method.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.
4. Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: HEVO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
