The Sleep lens is our most red and effective lens to block out blue light with 99%. Wear 1-2 hours before bed to block out both blue and green light. Use if you want to maximise production of melatonin.

Relax lens explained

The Relax lens is our second most effective lens with orange tone to block out 97% of blue light. Wear 1-2 hours before bed to block out both blue and some green light. Use if you want to wind down your brain or have less red vision compared to "Sleep lens".

Relief lens explained
