Recovery
You plan every training session. Nobody plans your evening.
I thought red glasses were a placebo too. Then I started HEVO. Here are 5 things that changed my mind.

You train. You eat right. Maybe you even wear a ring or a strap that scores your sleep every morning.
But the evening is the one part of recovery nobody coaches. One more episode, a bit of scrolling, and suddenly it's 1 a.m. Tired on the couch, wide awake the second you lie down.
The 6 a.m. alarm gets snoozed. The session becomes "tomorrow". And tonight you promise yourself the same thing again.
It's not your phone. It's that your whole home stays as bright as midday until you switch off the lights, so your body still thinks it's daytime.
Sleep is where training turns into progress. Every hour you lie awake is recovery you don't get back.
Here are the five things that changed my mind. The fifth is why most people who buy cheap glasses quit after a week.
1. You'll notice it in the first week
- Night 1: Everything turns red. Strange for ten minutes, then the room feels calmer than it has in ages.
- Night 3: You get sleepy on the couch, not after you've gone to bed.
- Night 7: The alarm feels easier. Morning training feels like it should.
You get tired when you should, and you wake up when you should.
They work great, you fall asleep sooo much easier. If you struggle to fall asleep on time, buy these!

2. Recovery is the one part of training you can't force
Your tracker can tell you that you slept badly. It can't do anything about it.
You can push harder in the gym. You can't push yourself to fall asleep. What you can do is stop telling your body it's still daytime.
- Focus (yellow) at the screen by day. 84% of the blue light gone.
- Sleep (red) when you wind down. 99%, from everything in the room.
The whole day under control, not just your training.
Very happy with the glasses and the support, but above all the effect on my sleep and recovery. Highly recommend!

3. Nothing else changes
The case sits next to the remote. At 9:30 p.m. you put them on and carry on exactly as usual: the series, the phone, the laptop. That's the whole point.
One step, every night, done. No app. No charging. No subscription.
I use the yellow ones during the day and the red ones before I go to bed. Really sets the mood for sleep.

4. You've tried Night Shift. This is different
If you've tried Night Shift or clear blue-light glasses and felt nothing, this is why. Night Shift only makes your phone warmer. It's like turning down one speaker at a party where five others are still playing. The ceiling light, the TV and the laptop shine just like before.
Clear lenses block around 20–30% of blue light. Red Sleep lenses block 99%, from everything in the room.
I was sceptical they'd actually improve my sleep, but after a few weeks I really feel a big difference.

5. A pair you actually leave out

Honestly: you can buy a pair for €20. They pinch, they look like safety goggles, and after a week they're in a drawer. Glasses in a drawer do nothing.
HEVO is made to be worn every night, for years. Acetate frames, comfortable enough to forget, good-looking enough to leave out. A one-off, not a monthly membership.

Fast forward a month. You get sleepy on the couch at 10:40 and fall asleep without a fight. The morning is yours: training, coffee in peace, before the world is up.
Or you close this tab, and tonight it's 1 a.m. again. The alarm gets snoozed, the session becomes "tomorrow", and you make yourself the same promise the next night.
Your training plan tells you when to push. Your evenings decide whether you can.
No supplements. They remove the light that keeps you awake, and your body does the rest. Try them for 100 nights. If you don't notice a difference, send them back.
Stop giving away your evenings.

Yes, I want to get sleepy on the couch instead of lying wide awake in bed. I have 100 nights to try them, and if I don't notice a difference, I get my money back.

Common questions
Can I still watch TV and use my phone?
Yes. Everything turns redder, but just as sharp. Your series, your phone and your book work exactly as before. Only the colours change.
When do I wear them?
1–2 hours before bed. Put them on when you sit down on the couch, take them off when you switch off the lights.
How soon will I notice anything?
The room feels calmer from the first evening. The most common thing we hear is that you get sleepy on the couch instead of in bed within the first week.
Why two pairs?
Yellow Focus removes 84% of blue light and is made for the screen during the day, without changing colours too much. Red Sleep removes 99%, from everything in the room, for the hours before you sleep.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 100 nights. If you don't notice a difference, send the glasses back and get your money back.
